Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within few hours depending with the time of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and Public holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be determined by our standard shipping agencies.

  • Shipping method Within Nairobi: Motorbikes (Boda Boda) Courier Services

    Shipment cost: Will be free for all orders within Nairobi CBD and not more than Kes. 800 away from the CBD

    Estimated delivery time: 20 Mins - 1 HR within Nairobi/ its environs and 24HRS to other parts of Kenya

  • Shipping method: FARGO Courier & G4s Courier Services

    Estimated delivery time: 30 Mins

Overnight deliveries: We do not offer night delivery services

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Jlite Technologies LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).


Jlite Technologies LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
