Product Warranty Coverage

All Brand new products sold by Jlite Technologies Ltd come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty duration varies by product type and brand (usually 12 – 24 months). 

All Refurbished or EX UK products comes with 3-6 months warranty.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects.
• Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse.
• Faulty materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.
• Water or liquid damage (unless specified as waterproof).
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims Process

Contact us by email or phone with proof of purchase.

Our team will assess the issue and guide you on the return or repair process.

If approved, the item will be repaired or replaced depending on the fault and product availability. This may take 3 – 21 working days depending on the diagnosis report and availability of replacement parts.
